Cancellation Guidelines

Effective from: 21 July 2026

1. Customer-initiated cancellation

Submit cancellation requests through Track & Support while your order status reads "Processing." Once labelled "Shipped," the order can no longer be cancelled.

2. Seller-initiated cancellation

We may cancel an order if the requested variety is unavailable from our seed suppliers or if the delivery PIN code becomes temporarily unserviceable. Prepaid amounts are refunded in full.

3. Refund processing

Approved refunds for prepaid orders are initiated within three business days and may take an additional five to ten business days to reflect in your bank or UPI wallet.

4. COD orders

Cancelling a COD order before dispatch incurs no charge. If you refuse a valid delivery without an approved return reason, future COD eligibility may be restricted.
