1. Store operator

SHIVAM ENTERPRISE is a sowing-seed storefront operated by GOSWAMI KULDIPGIRI AJAYGIRI, with its principal place of business at NA, SHOP NO. 24, SARDAR OWNERS ASSOCIATION, VARACHHA ROAD, NEAR MINI BAZAR, Surat, Surat, Gujarat 395006. These policies govern every purchase of HSN 1209 sowing seeds — vegetable, hybrid, flower, and specialty planting lots sold for home and market gardens made through this website.

2. Pricing and availability

• All catalogue prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Pack weights, lot sizes, and variety names on each product page define what you receive.
• Seed availability may vary by season and supplier intake; we may substitute a comparable lot only with your prior consent.

3. Checkout and payment

• Account email verification is mandatory before placing an order.
• Accepted payment modes include UPI and Cash on Delivery (COD) in serviceable areas.
• An order number is generated once payment authorisation succeeds or COD is confirmed.
• COD handling fees, if applicable, are disclosed on the checkout summary before submission.

4. Buyer responsibilities

You agree to provide an accurate delivery address and reachable phone number. Failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect details may incur re-dispatch charges.

5. Natural product variance

Sowing seeds are agricultural goods. Minor differences in germination rate, lot coating, or packaging artwork between supplier batches do not constitute a product defect when the declared variety and net quantity match your invoice.

6. Governing law

Disputes shall be subject to the laws of India. Competent courts in Surat, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction for matters arising from transactions on this site.
